Registration Form?

Do we have a registration form yet? Would you like me to make one? What fields need to be included on it? (ex: name/address of contact person/host? people's screen names and real names; dogs names and breed; number for picnic/bonfire/other events; etc??)

I can make one up and email it to everyone, or we can list it online for people to print out?

I believe that Annie Milliron created the registration form and the last I heard was that jeannie's computer crashed .I think it's in process right now

I just FTP'd it to Russell, who will put it on his server. As soon as I have a URL, I'll post it! Can you all open word documents, or do some of you need it in PDF format? We can do both!

The registration form should be posted soon. Please send it to me as my address is on it. Also there will be a release form you must sign. I hope Russell can add it to the registration form if now we will let you know how to get it.

I talked to my insurance company and lawyer. They advised it would be good to get a signed release form--just to be safe. I don't think anyone would sue us if something happened but better safe than sorry. I hope you don't think I have being crazy or something. But we just have to protect ourselves in this day and age.

That was very good thinking! I agree with you as well and have no problem signing a release form.
