Puppy shedding?

Busa is 4 and 1/2 months old and he is shedding like crazy! His skin is healthy and he gets brushed with the slicker and comb out at least every other day but usually everyday. I didn't think would shed this much as a puppy. Any thoughts?

tis the season...if it makes you feel better, in two years you will look back and think the amount you pulled out this week was tiny.

My girl Tash is 7 months old but she started getting in her adult fur at about 4.5 to 5 months old. She is our first landseer and there was white fur everywhere!!! We had just finished buying clothes, furniture and rugs to hide all the black newfie fur and now we have a totally new color we have to try to hide!

Besides that it is spring!!! Keep brushing and remember, "This too shall pass."

Crycket is almost 9 months and still shedding puppy coat. I think she can shed an entire pomeranian.

THIS!! is how it was for us! Suki is almost 2 and while last spring there seemed to be one big shed ... this year she pretty much loses a small dog every day. I've never swept my floors so often (nor picked so much fur out of my mouth ...)
