Cost of pool: $48

Cost of pool prep: $343.48...holy Newf poop!
Look on your kiddos face the first time in the new pool....PRICELESS!
We had planned to put this pool in for us because we don't yet live in a house we want to put in an inground pool. Buuuuttt, FuzzyDustBunnies and Owen got the fire lit to make this a therapy/dog/us pool.
For now it works and it was a ton of fun today as you can see by the rest of the
POOL FUN PICS
Here's a few suggestion for anyone who is considering this idea. Get the bigger pool (15'-18' wide 48' deep). Ours is only 10' wide and 30" deep. Sturdy dog boots. Balli's tore apart the first day but amazingly Keigen's redneck boots stood strong
. Lastly, build an actual staircase entrance into the pool. Keigen uses the ladder/platform great but Balli, as you can tell from the pics chooses to go over the side. With a deeper pool, stairs would definitely be needeed and that was my intention but the design didn't quite work.
If anyone would like more info on how or better yet why
we did this, pm me. It was a fun project. Definitely things I would change but poor Ross is still recovering from all it took just to do this one. He says this will work till we get our next house with an inground pool...I think...we'll see next spring when we're still in this house!
Edited this post to post a warning. These are pool pics and we are wearing bathing suits. Tried to cover up some but be prepared to bust a gut laughing cause I didn't photo edit us out. I'm too lazy...sorry
