Photoshop Elements 4.0 question

HI all -

I'm just starting to play around with my Photoshop Elements program.

Can anyone tell me how to apply a Sepia tone to a picture?

I only know the procedure from Photoshop...not Photoshop Element. Try this link though...it looks like it's fairly user friendly. If there is such a thing with Photoshop software.

I can't live without Photoshop, but sometimes I'd like to throw it out the window. LOL It's a love hate relationship!
