Customer: What is the earliest I can drop a dog off on a Friday morning.
Me: We open at 7 a.m.
Customer: Can I drop of earlier?
Me: I am usually out in the shop about 10 till 7.
Customer: My flight is out of Cincinnati at 6 a.m.
Me: You can drop off the day before.
Customer: I don't want to pay for another day and you live there
Me. I'll be in bed. So unless you come the day before you can take your dog somewhere else.
Let me tell you this. Cincinnati is a 2 -2 1/2 hour drive from my house. Having to arrive 2 hours early means they would have to drop the dog off at 1:30 - 2:00 a.m.
Some people have no respect.
