Peeing While Sleeping

She has had her urine tested 4 times and each time, results have been negative for UTI. What I have discovered is that Bailey's incontinence appears when the weather is hot and she has been exercising. On one such day, she peed at 2:05 and 2:45 pm but, had an accident at 4 pm. At the moment, Bailey is taking .75 ml three times each day for 7 days. She has not experienced any negative side effects after 4 days of being on Propalin and no accidents. After 7 days, the vet will reduce the amount and the number of daily dosages to the point that the symptoms reappear. Then, the dosage will be slightly increased with respect to amount or frequency. The vet feels Bailey is a good candidate for a very low dosage on a less frequent schedule (maybe not daily). Once Bailey is at this point, I will begin the process of reducing the PPA with the herbal remedy, "No More Leaks". I believe that I found an on-line source. The flip side to this situation is that summer is almost over in Labrador and the cooler temperatures are coming - hail fell twice yesterday. If Bailey's situation is brought on by hotter weather, we may not need to continue with treatment. I have been keeping a journal for the past 2 1/2 weeks that details peeing incidents and dosage information. On a positive note, Bailey has no problem holding her pee for 9 hours overnight. Thanks for the information, suggestions and support.
