Parker T-shirts

Hey why doesnt she just sell Parker T-shirts. I am sure they are pretty cheap to make and anyone who buys a T-shirt probably wouldnt mind waiting six weeks or so. You could put support your newfoundland rescue groups on the T-shirt along with I saved Parker one big drooly dog................Just a thought! Mark them up ten or fifteen bucks and then you would have a ton of people buying T-shirts at a set price. Heck the T-shirt manufacturer would probably give a pretty substantial discount knowing its for a good cause.

Any other ideas?

Wow! That is a great idea! People are more willing to spend money if they have something to show for it. Plus people like to brag about the good deeds they have done!

I think that's a really great idea too!
They could include the Parker's paw print signature too!

Glenda...anything you can think of to make and sell would be good! Coffee cups with a picture of Parker and something like "I donated a piece of my heart to Parker"...or a keychain, or even something for their dog, like a toy heart with Parker's name on it would work.

I'm not sure how you get companies to donate things to sell, especially personalized items, but I'm sure it can be done. Maybe a letter from your vet outlining the treatment and cost (which could also be shown on eBay), along with a letter from you asking for just a few items to raise funds for Parker's surgery.

I hope this helps...and we DID bid on your eBay listing. If you find some things to sell, we'll bid again! :D
