Ozzys a bit "off"

Maybe I am over analyzing, it started last night, his butt dips down every now and then and he "catches" it and walks as normally as he ever does, but he seems more needy than usual, very clingy and he is crying a little if I leave the room.
They are blasting again this morning but he is well used to it now and rarely barks at it anymore. I am probably just being a worry wart, and I did take a close look at his left leg and paw as that seems to be the side he is dipping on and it looks fine, save one cracked nail which hopefully he will let me trim up today.
DH thinks he may have wrenched something, as he stood on his hind legs yesterday to lean on the stone wall and say hello to our neighbor, I think I will give him an extra deramaxx tonight.

AWWW! That poor boy! SURELY, he's "just" slightly injured himself!

Prayers and good thoughts headed in your direction, from mine.

Thanks guys, its weird, call me crazy but he seems really sad more than anything. He does not want to go out for a walk and comes right back to the door---very unusual, but his body seems okay save the occasional "butt dip". hes sleeping right now, I hope he wakes up feeling better. He had some blueberry yogurt this morning, i hope it didn't upset his tummy.

now he wants to go out but just paces around the yard and then right back to the front door. He pooped this am so I don't think its constipation or diahrea......very confused but I guess I will just let him be.

Awww...poor Ozzie,
It does sound like something is bothering him. I sure hope it's only a temporary thing. I swear, these dogs can make you gray prematurely..just worrying about them. It would be so much easier if they could talk and tell us whats going on. Hugs to your sweet boy.

I don't blame you for being concerned after all he has gone through (and you too). But maybe he is just having an off day. Funny, I do the same with Tim. You know he has SAS and I am always watching him. You are right these guys sure do make us gray. Hope he is back to himself soon.

Seems normal to me to worry about Ozzy, after all you've been through. Troy was acting a little lethargic last Friday and Saturday. He was eating fine, elimination normal, blah, blah, blah, so I was just keeping an extra eye on him and Sunday morning he was back to his old bouncy, silly self. I think they must have "off" days just like we do, don'cha think? Hope he's back to himself soon though!

Roison, try not to worry yet. he'll probly wake up and return to his old self.. maybe he needs a brother :D . Sometimes my maggie looks extremly sad too. I really think they like our sympathy so they lay it on thick when they want too ;) . keep us posted and I'll put ozzy in my prayers.

Roisin, I sure hope it's nothing. You have a good eye for him. I'm sure the blueberry yogurt made him feel better (yum).

Must have just been a little blue yesterday, he woke me up at 5 to go for a walk and has been bouncing around ever since. Haven't seen the but dip thingy either so IF he did wrench something maybe its all sorted out now.
Thanks as always for your awesome care and concern. i guess I am just so gun-shy now, that I leap to full on worry at the sight of anything off.
Thanks everybody!
