Here is a link to a coupke of pictures showing obi's new pad with access from the upper deck to a lower area. The deck is covered and part of the lower area is under the deck. There is a wee bit of grass for his purposes too. I might plant something along that fence. We put his pool down there until we can put in a newf i mean human pool. I put some epsom salt in the water for obi's skin and fur. He likes his new access i think. Id like to get one of those screen doors that you dont have to open so obi can go in and out as he likes.

Speaking of wee, the rotter peed in three places in the basement today after he had been walked: on the ultra sued couch, chair, wool carpet (new) and all over the kids' costume bin. I was not happy. I think my youngest accidentally let him down there for a couple of minutes. We had been watching him pretty carefully and thought we had nipped this behaviour but clearly we have more work to do. Yesterday was stressful for him because we had our furniture delivered and obi spent some time in his crate though we were home. Maybe he is voicing his opinion on those events. Sigh.
