Non Newf - Found Springer Spaniel

Hi All,
Do any of you know about breed clubs or rescue organizations for Springer Spaniels on the West Coast? We have a stray visiting us right now. No tags, no tattoo in ear, but looks pure bred. We will take him to be checked for a micro chip this evening. Putting the word out that he's found and safe. If you hear of anyone looking, please message me. We are in Vancouver, BC.

If you think he's local, call around to your local animal shelters and/or police departments. You can call local vets too. You can let them know you have him and they will put his owners in touch with you if they call.

(We did this a couple of years ago when a lab showed up in our yard. We kept him overnight and his parents came for him in the morning. The police let them know we had him.)
