Need prayers

We received a call Thursday night that my mother in law, who has been in a nursing home for about a year and a half, had taken a turn for the worse and had pneumonia. My hubby made reservations that night and flew out Friday morning. I stayed home to hold down the fort and am waiting for word that I should fly to Florida also. She has been very ill with many physical ailments including alzheimers, and doesn't recognize any of us. Her quality of life is not great. I pray that if it is her time, that she doesn't suffer. Thanks for listening.

I hope your mother in law does not suffer and am glad she has a loved one with her.

I would still want my family with me even if I did not recognize them. Bless your husband for being there.

My prayers are sent as well. This is such a hard thing for your husband (and you). My thoughts are with you and your family.

Thanks for all the prayers. Cal is taking it ok. We have been expecting it for a while so we've had time to prepare. It's still hard though. He said she doesn't even look like herself anymore. I wish I could be there too but he insisted I stay home and said he'd call if it was critical that I flew down to be there. His sisters will be joining him there tomorrow.

Sending love and hugs..to each of you..and the sisters on their trip to join your husband. The quiet act of being there..allows so much gentling energy..to be around them..when passing..does come. A person..who is well loved..passes into..what will be..in such a peaceful way. ina n HB
