Need advice/questions for breeders

I've been researching breeders and hopefully will have a Newf puppy within the year. All seems to be going well until I ask the basic questions about OFA, feeding, lifetime support, how available are they if I have questions about the puppy...(questions have been emailed.)Some breeders answer right back and are very informative. Others don't answer back at all. This may be a silly question, but what should I make of the ones who don't respond at all to the basic questions that the NCA recommends you should ask? They seem reputable until I get the feeling that they aren't willing to answer simple questions...am I insulting them? I think I'm asking them nicely...Should I not ask the more obvious questions or should all questions be asked? Thanks for any input!

May be just a busy time of year for them? I know my breeder had tons of questions for me and i had just as many for them. Plus i had to sign a contract. It took me about a year a nd a half to finally get my puppy from them. I send them pictures quite often.Which they love to recieve. We are thinking that Tuggs will probally be a great consideration for furture stud dog. Anyway back to your question ,no i do not think u can ask to many questions a good breeder will expect that. Bridget

Yes, I think a good breeder wants to ask you questions and get asked questions as well. In a way I think I answered my own question in my post!
