Just finished up the second session of a four week tricks class with Obie and we're having a blast. Trainer Zak George is doing a special "residency" of sorts here and offering the class as a "benefit" for our local SPCA. Now, I must admit, Obie might not be suited for some of the tricks the "little" dogs are learning, but we're having a blast just going to class and learning. Today we were working on "head down"... essentially "flews on the floor". Now, you all know that's not exactly a "trick" for a Newf.. but we're having a good time putting it on cue. The best has just been having light bulb moments when you see he gets something. :icon_bb:
