Hi Christine, well he's here, we have a 1 lb. 10 oz. bouncing baby boy. He's beautiful and perfect. His mom is the best... she's doing everything right.

We do have a problem. Turns out that the cyclosporine I've been using to lubricate Devil's eye (injured as a baby) is an immune suppressant. Obviously a BAD thing. She's off of it now, but the damage may have been done. Vet is researching to see if it has an accumulative affect. If so, we have a problem.... And another problem may be that he is not getting all the antibodies because of the drug. If it's not one thing, it's another.

Hoping all is well with your beautiful babies
Linda

Well, what I would like to know is WHY would they put her on it in the first place, knowing she was going to be bred???????? It's very upsetting. Sorry, just a little venting going on here ....

Linda, I hope your little pup will be OK! Do you think the drug could be responsible for her absorbing the other 2 pups? Keep us posted on how the little guy is doing. I am praying for him.

Thanks Newfyork, He is, at the moment, thriving and strong. But, that can change in no time. I was concern that the pups were reabsorbed due to the cyclosporin, but the vet says that Devil has done this before and she was not on cyclosporin. What a relief to hear that too. Thanks for asking about him. He is so prescious.

Congrats on the new bundle of fluff! Wishing him the best and that no ill side effects will come with the meds Mom was on. Give him a little kiss on the nose from us.

Thanks everyone, he's still doing well. He's very quiet and moves about the box like he's in a race. (and he doesn't even have his eyes open yet)

Sar, got your latest email, give me a couple days,
I'll be back to you.

Keep us ipdated on how the little guy is going please! (I'm sure you are busy though).

Would you be keeping this pup?

I hope everything continues to be ok with him and Devil.

Hi Amy and everyone, Baby boy is doing very well
. He's quiet, very fast moving
, and appears quite healthy. I really don't think the meds mom was on has affected him in any way. He has gone from 1 lb 10 oz to 1 lb 14 oz as of yesterday.

Ho ho ho, oh NO Amy,
I will not be keeping this cutie. As adorable as he is, my 6 is enough for me!!! He will be going to his new forever home when he's 8 weeks old.

Thanks for inquiring about him, he is absolutely adorable. :D :D
