I am so proud of myself for trimming Suki's ears myself yesterday!! They look great! (Not really great, but much better than before.). But now that her head looks good to me, her neck and chest look HUGE! I wasn't planning on tackling that part myself, but I will give it a try. I went online to watch a trimming video. And it made me realize I didn't really do a great job. And it made me appreciate groomers so much! There is a lot of skill that goes into it. Kudos to all of you that can groom your own newfs and to all the professional groomers as well.
Luckily, Suki is patient with me and isn't mad that I made her head look tiny.
There was a little blood drawn in the process, but just mine ... Those scissors are sharp! I wound include a picture, but I killed my camera lens yesterday. Once I figure out how to get a phone picture onto newf.net, I will ask for tips to improve!
