How Victoria does not cope with cold weather!

Sounds like western Washington when it snows Admittedly, it doesn't happen that often. Consequently, we don't have the equipment / supplies and the whole place panics and shuts down.

Yes, but we have mild winters mostly and don't cope with snow and ice well!!

Today is the first day of our annual flower count where everyone rushes around counting the spring flowers and then broadcasts the numbers to the rest of Canada. This year everyone will be laughing at us:crazy:
