How do your congress-ppl rate?

I was surprised at this. At my state level, California is pretty Pro-Animal concern. But my congressman needs some serious educating. How do yours rate?

Looks like our senators in Illinois are in the game, 100 and 90% respectively. House looks okay but they're always in the pockets of the Chicago machine. Thanks for sharing this, it was interesting.
