Henry and Truman's balance trick

Ok here's what we came up with for our balance trick. This platform is a great way to teach body awareness to your newfs and it's a very easy thing to build. I have different sizes and heights. This size seems to be the most challenging for them. It's really not that big for four feet!



Truman was barking at our neighbor's Great Dane. They seem to have a contest of who gets the last word. I was very happy that Truman stayed focused on the task at hand even while he was getting in his last word. :lol:

That platform looks like a nice way to help with a tuck sit, where the back legs meet the front legs instead of the front legs walking back to meet the rear.

Sorry I haven't responded sooner. I've been out of town for the last few days for a wonderful visit with some newfie people.

Thank you for the compliements and NZNEWF, no offense taken. I don't use very many commands, especially with Truman as he is still a baby. I mark the behavior I want with a "yes" and a cookie! I'll see what I can do in future videos.
