HELP!!! Stinky Yard

This spring we have designated a corner area in the yard as a potty spot and it is scooped daily however, it is developing a real urine smell. I've been spraying the corner weekly with Listerine to help control the smell but is there something better I could be using. The area is comprised of stepping stones and grass and there is a perennial garden bordering part of the area so water/bleach is probably too harsh for the vegetation. Any ideas, I am so worried the neighbours might be able to smell it on their side and I don't want to attract flys all summer long.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions!

Usually if you hose something like that with water, maybe a little soap , it will go into the ground and not smell.....not sure...others may have a better solution..

Our neighbors yard is far more stinkier than ours will ever be - we get the sweet smell of cow manure! Hahaha!

All we do is spray the yard down with water at least once a week - no problem with smells. Poop patrol at least twice daily, and any loose stools get picked up and then watered into the ground with a really good soaking.

When the whole backyard was their potty I never noticed a smell...but since we've assigned a 12 X 6 foot area as the potty place, I am definitely noticing!!!

We do poop patrol about 5 times a day due to our resident poop eater, but hosing down regularly is the only solution I know of for pee. If they're going in gravel, maybe there's plastic under it holding the pee and giving the smell. I'd still hose it.
