At least your neighbours have the decency to wait untill it's dark up here some idiots are shooting up fireworks in broad daylight, and on and off every day untill the 7th of january, and it's a miracle that there are really few firework related accidents during all this caos . I do prefer the controlled and magnificent one big firework show like civilised countries have

Where I live , we have noise ordinances, so you can't just shoot off fireworks anytime you want to. I should count myself as very lucky then, it ends here about 2 AM, New Year's day.
