Isn't it great when you actually get to meet the people you've read about or chatted with online?

Some of you will know who I'm talking about in this little story. This summer, I stopped by the water training site to meet up with a friend. There were several people there that I didn't recognize so I was introduced to them. My friend said..."and this is Karen Carpenter with Arayo." Like a complete fool, I replied..."THE Karen Carpenter?" I have "known" her for over a decade, i think, through Newf-L and Newf-Net, not to mention her photographs and website. We all got a chuckle out of it. It was just cool to actually put a face with the name.

We also said that to Karyn Carpenter this weekend. and yes, it's a blast to get to "really" meet folks. We try to share some Texas hospitality.

And make no mistake, Bojie lives up to the hype!
