Great News

John went in to the Royal Infirmary in Glasgow on Monday, had some blood tests done and they got his medical history.
Tuesday he was taken to theatre for the dye through his system and the great news is, that there is a very slight narrowing of the artery at his knee, but it isn't as bad as even the surgeon first thought, so it can be fixed with tablets!
Wednesday, I got a phone call this morning, "Come and get me NOW, I'm getting home!"
The surgeon is writing to our own doctor to have the tablets prescribed for him, so I'm doing a happy dance right now. lol!!
If I hadn't listened to the N-Ner who made me look at that medical web site again (When I was looking for hospitals with a shorter than 6months waiting list) and if I HAD listened to our own doctor, we would still be sitting here stewing and worrying about what exactly was wrong with Johns legs and possibly, they would have been getting worse and worse as we waited the 6months for our local hospital to send for him.
The power of N-N is scary and stretches across the miles, thank you, thank you one and all. Don't doubt the power of loving thoughts and prayers!
