Sending our very best hopes and wishes from here Rachel. My best hint..to get up early..and do a fast hike..of a little longer than you normally would..so that when you breeze into the appointment..you really are a bit relaxed and able to keep eye contact..and 'pause'..as you consider what they have asked about. It is simple 'paceing'..but usually beats the drum for hiring you..when they see that you are interested ..in their question..and are considering it. Best of tomorrows to you.

Ina, the interview is at 2pm so I got lots of time during the day (which can be a bad thing lol). I will remember what you say. I tend to talk too fast so I will have to slow it down. Thank you for the reminder! And I'll try to do something in the morning so I'm relaxed by afternoon time.

Well, I'm back. Whew.
It was a panel interview
I wasn't expecting that. I got there just before the appointment time. Had a nice long interview with prearranged questions. There were three people and each took a turn. It went well. So if I don't get the job, I know that it was a positive experience at least.
When it was over, they said they would make a decision by Friday. I left then noticed that there were about 4 others in the hall waiting for an interview too
I'll post again on Friday on whether I have the job or not.
