Nessa, here is a something for u to watch.. Ribbe being made by Eyvind Hellstrøm. Hellstrøm is head chef at Bagatelle Norway's only two Michelin star restaurant. It's in Norwegian but i am sure anything u don\t understand you will be able to get the recipe from just watching, of course if anyone else is interested in making this dish the video is pretty good.
