I wanted to share this, this showed up on my Facebook News Feed from CNC. I donated what I could to a pup who's been through a terrible ordeal and who was lucky to have a rescue there to help.
Via Colonial Newfoundland Club: "A fellow Newf rescue needs donations for an emergency bloat surgery. Their rescue chair passed away suddenly from a heart attack. Her dogs were homeless and had to be transferred to someone across the country. In the process of transporting them one got bloat. Luckily the transporter got her to an emergency vet in time to save her. The bill is $1600.
