Draft Test Forms

I have a question about the forms used for draft tests. I know that the Score Sheet needs duplicatate forms but does the Draft Test Record Form? I am a newbie at a lot of this stuff and any answers would be greatly appreciated.

This is how I do it. Score sheet does need duplicates for test so give entrants copy at test. I was always taught copy everything sending in to records person. Before I send everything in to the records person I make copies of everything sending in and file away. You never know. Something can happen to the mail along the way and there you're sitting with no copies of all the people and newfs who worked so hard to get their titles. I just have original Record Form for recording and signatures at draft test then copy for my files when send in everything. At draft test I have extra blanks in case one gets messed up and have to fill out another.
