Did anyone happen to see this on the documentary channel ? Very very moving piece about how the troops met and untimately brought home abused dogs from Iraq. really amazing stories. It struck me that this is a culture that does not like dogs at all, thinks they are a really degraded animal...I wondered how the dogs got there in the first place.. They seem to have a variety of wild dogs, and dogs that try to be with humans whether humans want them or not.
