That is what I will need to do, however, she says that she won't be placing an order until September. The bottle she used on Jack was a sample that she received at a dog grooming convention.
She also used Les Pooche before with the same result. I think that they sell to the public. Has anyone used this product?
I have heard great things about Les Pooch, however they are SUPER expensive, so I have never tried any of their products myself. IMO most of the shampoos made for groomers or dog show people work much better than what you can buy at the pet store, as far as getting them clean, bringing out coat color, lasting longer/cheaper because they dilute, and longer lasting scent (sometimes).
If scent is what you're looking for, I love Nature's Specialties, especially their Plum Silky. It smells amazing, the scent lasts for at least a few days, and it really brings out the color in black dogs. It also dilutes about 20-1 (I think). Its kind of hard to find if you're not a groomer, but you can buy it online. They also have a conditioner and cologne that match and if you dont like the plum scent, all of their shampoos are great.
I have also used the Isle of Dogs everyday line with fabulous results. They also smell amazing! You can buy the line at Petco.com, the only thing is it doesnt dilute so you're supposed to use it straight. I diluted it a little bit though when I used it to get through all that Newfy hair. I may have been imagining it, but I swear when I went to give Chloe a bath about a month after bathing her with this shampoo, I was smelling it when I got her wet. I also have some samples of their other products that do dilute so can let you know what I think of those after I try them.
Good luck! I love shampoo shopping, there are so many good ones out there.
