As I said in an earlier post my husband was making a competition cart for Sam. Well he has it finished and I am so excited about it. He has decided to build them for sale somewhere in the $200.00 range. The cart's weight is 18 pounds. It is 19 7/8 inches long and 13 7/8 inches wide. The shafts are 13 7/8 inches apart. (He can customize the cart to fit your Newf.) It has pnuematic wheels. If you have any question email me at jggrosch@voyager.net Here are some photos and more info on the cart.
This photo is Sam hooked up to it so you can see the full view.
This view shows the inside of the cart. It has a knob to put a weight and you can see the slots to adjust the shafts. The shafts are 42 3/4 inches long at their shortest point and 1 inch around. They can be adjusted up to 4 inches longer.
This photo shows the height adjustment for the wheels. You can adjust them up to 3 inches. Sam is 26 inches tall and we have them set in the middle hole.
The next two photos are a side view of the cart and looking into the cart. The bottom of the cart is made with tongue and grove boards. I stained it oak and Gary sprayed it with varnish to seal it.
Keep checking back. He also made a 2 wheeled cart with red side boards. (It has an optional seat) He will custom make it also. I will be posting photos yet today or tomorrow.
