Can anyone help me post this?

I received an e-mail today about a 13 month old newfoundland that is looking for a home. I would like to post it here, but don't know exactly what the rules are. Can I just copy and paste the e-mail into a post along with the person's name to contact?

Unless it is a recognised rescue organisation or a link to Petfinder you cannot post it on NN.
eg. One of the NCA Regional clubs,
