Sar, I hope things are settled with this nut-case woman. You have gone above & beyond the call of duty in trying to appease her and make things right for the puppy. I wouldn't give her back a nickel! Thank god he's in a good home now. We have neighbors like her. They got a dog from the local shelter, neglected him until he ran away and was struck by a car and after 1 day of crocodile tears, they went back to the shelter and wanted not only a refund but even credit for the vets bills (just the usual checkups) and another dog!!! Some people are just NUTS! Don't let this couple take you for a ride. You are a very responsible, caring breeder and you shouldn't have to pay off weasels who are just out to get $$$ out of you. Good Luck, Anne

Hey guys, thanx! i think she needs an extra dose or prozac myself! LOL
anyway, no court yet, but she did report me to the better business bureau and was almost hysterical in her complaint, and did you know dogs are considered a product???
she referred to the pup as a defective product! ROTFLMAO!!!!!!
anyway, not to worry, hubby is coaching me on proper wording and how to answer in fact and not give anything more than what we are asked, that just adds ammo to the nuttcase.
so.....
i am sending our reply and a note from our vet explaining why penn hip not be done when a dog is in heat, wich i told them not to do, and an explanation of what her hips looked like when we screeened them before placing her in her new home.
