Edit: I found her email and have ordered the book! Hope we can get a little work in before it gets to cold for me. Though we can work on land and I'm sure Taver thinks it's all good until the water is solid

This book and the Judi Adler one are all I have for Water training as I have had no previous experience and nowhere "life" to go......it is awesome. gets you right into clicker training too for all the on land training, which you can do when it is too cold

I'm excited to get the book and a new one that is coming out later this month. Taver is going to have a fun and busy time. I suspect I'll dust off my wetsuit and try to stretch out the season, before we go totally land based. The boy loves his swimming.

It's a great water training book..........the only thing better is a seminar! Money well spent!
