I am pleased to announce to the world and especially to newfie lovers on newf net that Bear's forever home has been selected.
I am even more proud that he is going to a fellow newf netter's home. ;)

:D :D Patty(Irishmist428)and Akira will be welcoming Bear into their Long Island home on Dec 3rd. :D :D (Yippy-I have 3 more weeks with him)

So everyone join in with me in congratulating Patty on adopting her first rescue newf. :D

That's fantastic news Patty! And great for Jeannie too, who will be able to hear all about him whenever she pleases via Newf-Net!

Is Patty coming all the way to Buckeye Country to pick up Bear? If so, can I drive up and meet Patty, and maybe take a few pics for the next issue of "Newf Tales"???? Hint-Hint!!!

Yes Patty is making the long journey from Long Island to little Greenville on Dec 3rd. You are more than welcome to come up. If you cannot make it I will be taking photos anyway.

Annie I hope you can make it. It will be a Kodak moment for all of us. It would be great to meet both of you when I am there. I didn't know how far you are from one another. Annie I would love to thank you in person for sending me the application. You got the ball rolling for me. My "bags are not packed" but.... I'm ready to go. I booked the hotel, have my AAA directions, ordered his bowl, food, collar, toys and anything else I could think of. This is very exciting ! ! Can hardly wait
