Advice on Dog Stairs

Just wanted a little feedback...
Aaron and I have been thinking we should buy dog stairs for Steely for our bedroom. She gets in bed with us for a bit each night. She used to put her front paws up and then I would lift her back end, but after I got pregnant, I stopped helping her, so she just jumps. We don't want her hurting herself and think it's a good idea to go ahead and get her some stairs before she pulls something.
Let me know if you have dog stairs and what your preference is.
Thanks so much!!!!
Courtney

ps. She'll be 3 on Saturday! Can't believe it. What happened to my puppy???

Courtney,

Nessa told me about these. I got them last sept for my birthday (thanks, hubby!) and did about 30 minutes of training with them in the driveway. (You should have heard the car honks, and waves, and BossMan learned to run up and down them with treats in front!!) I have a late-model NissanSentra that I got for a steal, but the darned car is too high for the boy (he's 5) to jump in and out of. I love these things.

I got the 4 step alum model for him. Works like a charm and I'm in debt to Nessa for spreading the word. These may work for you and Steely! They fold within 2 seconds and could easily be stored under the bed.......

I saw a thread on NN somewhere that someone makes foam steps, they are lightweight and inexpensive. I will see if I can find the thread ....

Edit: Here's the link, hope it helps!
