It is with deep sadness I must announce that Barbara Frey passed away this yesterday, Wednesday, March 14th.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations to the Newfoundland Club of America Charitable Trust, c/o Mary L. Price, Treasurer, 1004 STH 78, Mt. Horeb, WI 53572 or www.ncacharities.org

Calling hours will be at the Charles Meyer Funeral Home, 13228 Broadway, Alden, NY 1-716-937-7411 from 2-4 and 6-8 this Friday.
The service has been moved to 9:30 Saturday morning (that is a change) at St. John’s Roman Catholic Church, 2000 Sand Ridge Rd., Alden, NY 1-176-937-6959
There will be a Newfoundland Honor Guard before Saturday’s service. If you would like to bring a Newf and participate, please be at the church no later than 8:30 so we can settle the dogs and get organized. We will line the sidewalk into the church. Dogs will not be allowed in the church. During the service, they will need to be confined to your vehicles. In deference to the solemnity of the occasion, dogs should be very well-behaved and clean and well-groomed.
If you plan to participate in the honor guard, please contact me at 518/885-5030 or 518/496-7377,bearscmp@nycap.rr.com so we have an idea of the number of dogs coming. Thank you!
