101 salivations

Just picked up "101 Salivations" by Rachel Hale.

It has the cutest pictures of all kinds of dogs. Rachel is one talented photographer!

Oh ... this is a Rachel Hale book title. I thought it was just a normal morning at a Newf house. I really like Rachel Hale's work.

I picked it up at Home Goods yesterday for $12.00. It really has some great pictures! The one of her Newf, Henry all shaved with spikes up his back like a dinosaur is pretty cute

Isn't she incredible? I just found some newfy greeting cards (Rachel Hale) in Meijer for the first time the other day! Picked up 2 or 3 just because - now have to find someone to send them to!

I'm guilty of picking them up and keeping them. Because I always think, "who could appreciate these as much as I do? NOBODY!!"

I entered my cat in a calendar competition a wee while ago. The prize was a whole lot of cat goodies plus having Rachael Hale photographing the winners. I was more excited at the prospect of meeting Rachael than having my cat in the calendar!!! Anyway Buster won the competition (he not only got in the calendar... but also won the cover). So I had Rachael come to my house for the day to take pics of Buster. Baxter was only 9 months old at the time and she was wonderful with him. He slobbered all over her and she wasn't concerned at all. As well as being a very talented photographer, she is a really lovely person... a true animal lover!

Hi Shawn,

It was VERY exciting. I had Baxter groomed the day before just in case she had offered to take a photo of him. She didn't offer and I didn't want to ask as she was there doing the cat calendar for Iams, I wasn't sure if she would be able to. I am kicking myself for not asking now!!!

I have got some lovely photos of my cat, Buster, which is great, as he is now waiting for me at Rainbow Bridge.

Have you seen her website? She has got some awesome photos on there (including one of Buster). Go and have a look... it's definately worth the time!!

Shawn - I was going to get you that for Christmas but then decided to wait for your birthday! I'm very glad you posted you already got it!!!
