I understand AKC is American, CKC is Continental. Why the difference? Not sure how to ask other then why do some breeders register AKC and others CKC or even APR?

Looking at all the pictures of your Newfs, I am in awe of how beautiful they are. I've always thought they were the most beautiful dogs, but being a part of this forum and seeing these faces is amazing. Kudoos to you as owners for taking such good care of your family member!
