Today I had to groom (if you want to call it that) a shepherd/wolfe mix. The owner wanted him shaved or should I say skinned. Wolfee was a matted mess. He spends his life outside tied with a chain. (I got this info from the owner) Anyway I had to shave him. It took me over 2 hours just to get he hair off. Then it was off to the bath where it took 3 baths to get him clean--even though his hair was a short as a boxer's hair. Then after he was dry it took another hour to even the coat to make him look nice. He did look pretty good when he went home. I am sure he felt better to. I just hate to shave dogs, but this one really needed it
