Hi Annie! Thanks for the welcome! Annie knows my story (we live in neighboring towns), but to everyone else, hello! I grew up with Saints in the house from the time I was a child. Worked for a couple of years several years ago for a Saint/Newf breeder, which is where my love for Newfs began. Bought a house last year specifically with a Newf in mind, and am now anxiously awaiting approval of my application, a home inspection, and adoption of a rescued Newf. Wish me luck!!! Guess an unanticipated cost is going to be a digital camera!!!

Welcome Liz! Lol @ the digital camera. It was funny how with our business I'd say "No, the business doesn't need that" but as soon as we got the dog's suddenly those "luxuries" turned into "needs" :D

Honestly, I wish someone would stop me! I've been out every night this week buying cool doggie stuff! Last night it was more toys! I should just walk into PetSmart and hand them my billfold. I haven't had this much fun in awhile! Told Bob we would be sharing the couch from now on so little _____ can have the loveseat to him/herself. He just looked at me :rolleyes:

Hopefully you will have your newfie soon. If you think you are spending alot of money now...just wait until your pooch arrives.
I always seem to find so many things in the catalogs that I know the dogs just have to have. ;) I think I am becoming a pet catalog shop-a-holic :D
