sarnewfie New member Sep 11, 2008 #4 The Book "Ready" Written by Susan Bulanda, and, any other SAR books you can find are a great resource. I am retired from SAR but worked in it with my newfs for several years. Some of the best Times i have ever had training and working my guys.
