Just came across this, quite by accident... Elsie, 2 year old landseer, is with All Breed Rescue of the Carolinas... they've posted a video; she's just given birth to her puppies..

Seven pups total - and they look HUGE!! poor momma! But, she appears to be doing well! I stand in awe of all 'creatures' who do this!

As I was watching she rolled to lay down and laid right on a pup. She immediately moved. Such a good mom. Where are the humans to watch her so she won't lay on a pup?

Okay... I really am going to have to go to work today... but I could watch those sweet pups snuggle and nurse for hours! Jeannie.. I have to hope that someone there is either "off camera" and we can't see them.. or monitoring this same feed.
Edit .. to say I just saw a hand come in and pet the mom.

The rescue that has her is really being sweet with her and her puppies. They are all getting lots of love. Can't stop watching!
