HI Guys and Gals.
Yippee, I'm back to part time work, actually Very part time. But I'm so burnt out I'm enjoying it.Jordan has been home with us almost two months. So far so good. except for barking at everybody he sees.Don't think he was very well socialized. So far I've had him to the vet three times for eye exams (he had an ulcer on the right eye) But with three tubes of cream he's doing great. Now, his nose is really dry and seems to be getting little cracks. So I'm dropping in to the vets office tomorrow for a free cookie and a weigh in and I'm hoping she'll notice his nose.
In the meantime, if you have any suggestions....
I have pictures I hope to get done shortly. He still follows me from room to room.Including the bathroom if I don't shut the door fast enough.
Jordan and Champ (my non newf)still eat each other's left over food. If you count the three little pieces Jordan sometimes leaves behind. I swear to God. he does it so Champ will leave his food to check out Jordans and while he does. Jordan goes for the jackpot. Now I'm on to it and usually nip it in the bud.But I have to admit it's funny to watch. So for now Life is wonderful. A Newf and time to enjoy him. My kind of heaven. :D Karen

Just be forwarned Newfs really are like potato chips its hard to have just one!! Its funny to watch the two boys try to out smart each other. Sassy is only part Newf but she definately got the brainy part to!
I feel sorry for any other breeds in a house with Newfy's they wouldn't stand a chance!!

Good to hear from you! Sounds like Jordan is doing great. I would mention his nose to the vet, just in case she doesn't notice! ;)

What a funny chow time story. Glad your corner of the world is so pleasant right now, and it sounds like Jordan is really one happy furkid!
