I found this on my least favourite site (Kijiji). Where the dog was found is only about 15 mintues from where I live. I can pull him if we have any takers. It's really bothering me and I can't explain why. I haven't answered the ad to enquire as to what the cross is.

I'm searching for someone who is interested in taking home a gorgeous affectionate great pyramese x whom I've been so blessed to spend the last couple days with. His story goes as follows. I found him on Bloor street Toronto, tied outside a bar, malnurished and afraid. When I approached him he stuck his head in my lap, looked at me with the saddest brown eyes and broke my heart. His owner was less then equipped to care for him and to my understanding was in between half way homes. I managed to convince him to let me take him.
But I am not the right owner for him.
He needs an affectionate owner because he is so love starved and can't get enough hugs and walks. Great with other dogs, he's 4 years old. I gained his trust instantly, his loyalty is obvious. However a strong patient owner who can assert themselves as alpha is what this dog needs. If you are experienced with large dogs and are looking for a remarkable companion, this is your boy. He would fit in fabulously in a household with another dog
He is free to the right person
He needs some time and a lot of love and I want to lead him into a better situation then where he's come from.
