Returned late Sat night from CT and just opened our Christmas treats. Gloria and Elki are beside themselves with glee at their salmon fillets, Wet Nose pumpkin biscuits, venison stew biscuits, huge stuffed plush toy and cackle pup! Gloria is nuzzling her plush toy and squeaking it -- it brought her back from 11 years old Christmas Eve (hooray!) to about three!! Elki is prancing around the room wildly "cackling" her cackle pup and sashaying by Gloria as if to say, "I have this toy, and you don't!" :neener: as suits her personality about 99.9% of the time! Both have had a sample of the treats. and I put the bags in the frig because Gloria was h---bent for election to counter surf them away!! The paws printed throw is on my couch right now, and Elki has commandeered it for her own!! The print is so dog-gone cute!! I was a little melancholy at being home and leaving my daughter and all of us resuming our "regular" lives until I opened these gifts with my pack! My spirits are soaring as I watch them play away!! What a haul they made, and how very generous you all were with my babies. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, and I hope your Christmas was merry, and your New Year is peaceful and prosperous. Again, thank you all so much!!
