Stealing pears, new and old friends

I've been visiting my mom in Upstate NY--me, and all the newfies. It's a bit overwhelming for my mom at times, but they are such a cast of characters you can't help but be charmed by them. Little Huck found an old pear tree in the backyard, and is constantly sneaking down to devour a pear or two...or six. The cooler weather is just great, and the lake is a huge plus.

Enjoy!

Oh Finn! Be still my heart you are SO handsome!!! It's hard to believe he and Nanook are brothers, he's so darned good looking and Nanook is such a freak!

And I'm not even going to talk about Huck. I can't look at his pictures without wanting another little bear in a gorilla suit of my very own.

Hi Nessa, Huck is available for slumber parties--his weekend bag is always packed. He's a mischievous little rascal these days--don't be fooled by his sweet face.

ps. Nanook is NOT a freak!

I can't believe Huck is all grown up...what happened to that darling little pup!
We have an ancient pear tree in the dog pen and Max and Marcus have been chowing down on them.
