3-4 pound London Broil

1/3 cup of soy sauce
1/4 cup of red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon of garlic powder
1 teaspoon of ground ginger
1/4 cup of freshly ground pepper

Mix in a large ziploc bag and let marinade for 48 hours making sure to flip bag every few hours.

If you get most/all of the air out of the bag & the meat is well covered then you really don't need to flip it too much.

Oh good! I like soy/ginger...gonna have to try this one.

Hey Greg...you said the Bourbon one didn't turn out very well. Is there something other than Bourbon that you marinade it with...or something we SHOULD marinade it with in combination with the bourbon?

No, I just dumped a bunch of bourbon into the bag with the meat. For me, it should have had a stronger taste. With everything else to compare it to it was just too subtle.
