Sandisk has lowered its prices!

Sandisk has lowered its prices on all Compact Flash cards.

The 8G CF card was $700+ last week - now it's $369!

2G CF for $89!

That is quite a price reduction. I could use a 2G card as I fill up my Kingston 1G quickly. Thanks for the heads up. An 8G card seems to risky. I'd rather spread out my photos just incase you know what I mean.

It all depends on the camera. My 1DsM2 takes 11 to 20 Meg raw files. The magic number for me is 400. If I can fit 400 images on a card, then I'm happy. I can chew up 400 images in an hour easy.

4G in my 1DM2 is perfect
8G in my 1DsM2 is perfect
1G in my S80 is perfect

It's all relative.
