Removal of clipper blades

I have been trying to pm you. However, since I am so bad on this machine, I don't think they went through.

I need to ask you how to get the blades off the Oster A5 clippers. I depress the latch forward. When removing, do the blades go away from the latch or back over the top of the latch?

Since that blade has been on the clippers for so long, I can't seem to get the blade to go either way. Yes, I did use a little WD 40 to no avail.

Press the lever and pull the blade back. After it is up then pull it off. Are you sure you have an Oster A5? There are some old ones out there that screw on.
