Which do you like the best?

Added this one below but thought I would put it here. Played with it using Ronnie and Sandra's suggestions

The color one. The contrast between the grey and green is striking, and the light from the setting sun is more obvious!

I prefer the hint of color myself. I've had some people tell me the B&W because of the era of the subject.

#1, I like the coloring. However, the era is something else to consider, so I agree with that also.

I guess I am NO help! Sorry, Jeannie!

Hmmmm in the color one my eyes go to the barrel. In the black and white, I go right for the bench. I also didn't notice the flowers in the black and white one.

They're both good.....

I like the b&w one (or is it sepia? The colors may be off with this screen I'm looking on.) I find the second picture warmer (which my be my faulty screen), and I like how I can see more wood texture in the second picture). But I almost always prefer b&w.

I would make the B&W more sepia and see....I think it would suit, the era and all of that :)

As they are, I prefer the colour version, it has more depth, although I find the shadow across the building distracting.
The shadow is less outstanding in the BW so I like that, but there is something a bit flat about the BW. I wonder if you play with the contrast and shadows if that would make it pop? I'd like to see the details of the building stand out more. If you can achieve that, I think the BW will be a better photo.

Thanks everyone. The color one has been my pick all along. I'm just glad to have many people confirm it.
