We are packed and ready to go but are questioning it and it will call the windjammer in the am and make our decision then.

Sunny and warm...perfect weather...like I said..what storm? We were the only customers at the grocery store this am. That is odd to me.

Seriously, I just saw Maryland is under a State of Emergency already. Be safe you guys. They might start evacuating soon, I think it's supposed to hit directly in OC. :( Be careful, ya'll!!!

Be safe you guys, my town up in NJ is calling a state of emergency for Monday & Tuesday, evacuations are possible; traffic will be a nightmare on Sunday. We are 1 block from the ocean, & we are staying put. Our house is higher than normal on our street, but extensive flooding is anticipated.

I'm soooooo sorry, but we aren't coming. I called the wind jammer and the women there said they had called a state of emergency and that the rain was expected to start on Saturday. We weren't arriving until late on Friday and I figured if the rain starts on Saturday, that didn't leave any beach time for my kids. And then I was worried about the 4 hour drive back and being caught in it. I'm really sad we didn't go. I hope you have a great visit and stay safe!

Charlie, that was priceless!!! Lol We all had a great day yesterday! Chumley, Millie, Zeke, Myra, Scout,Koko, and even Milo!! Weather was perfect and hopefully it will hope out for at least a little today!

I think we all should be home by now....we are just batting down the hatches here. Great time guys :) Thanks for everything.

We filled our tank last night so we wouldn't get stuck in lines at the pump, then left at 5:30 this morning to avoid the "mass evacuation." Megan, Todd, Scout, and Koko left late last night. I believe Jessica, her mom, and Millie were still sleeping. I did see lights on in Dawnmarie's room. Imagine our surprise when we hit the road:

Ha! Some evacuation! We didn't have any traffic either, but it sure was nice to wake
Up at home!! It was an awesome time this weekend! Thanks everyone for so much fun!

I wish Jessica would check in. I heard that highway I videotaped (route 1) was closed due to water. I don't have her number.
